In response to market changes, LUL has developed a series of control modules and MCUs for the three types of motors commonly used in the industry.
1.Miniature reducer induction motor:
The traditional analog governor has been changed to a digitally controlled governor, and a sensing board that can replace the TG signal generator has been developed, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces the cost of installing the generator, thereby effectively improving the life of the product
2. Brushless motor:
Based on the use of industrial products, LUL has developed a series of products of customized model such as lawn mowers, grinding machines, knife cutters, money counters, centrifuges, electric screwdrivers, mixers, emulsifiers, magnetic mixers, electric scissors, etc.
3. Brush motor:
There are still many applications for brush motors on the market because of low prices and easy operation. LUL developed a specialized controller for it that can be applied to drilling machines, lathes, saw tables, micro reducers, motor motors etc.
LUL also developed an electronic brake rectifier due to industrial motors are mostly equipped with brakes. By changing the traditional relay to an electronic type, which greatly extending the life of products and safety factors, and effectively reducing costs.
